Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund. Please note there is no refund on items purchased on sale.


RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the received date. All returned items must be in new and unused conditions with original packaging, tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email us at hello@luekids.com. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please, place the item in its original packing, include your name and order number inside the return.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return, as we are not liable for any loss in transit.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Refunds will be made to the original purchaser’s method of payment excluding shipping costs and processed within 30 days on receipt of returned item.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please, inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.


EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
